Residents work along with attending physicians, psychologists, fellows, nurse
practitioners, pediatric nurses, social workers and child life workers in
providing care for pediatric patients and their families. At MetroHealth we
believe that pediatric education is enhanced by a coordinated approach to
patient care integrating faculty, residents and a talented array of various
health care professionals. Faculty provides close supervision and guidance in an
atmosphere, which preserves resident autonomy.
